Manager, Equine Programs and Operations (FT- Contract - Maternity Leave)
WindReach Farm is currently recruiting an experienced Manager, Equine Programs and Operations (FT- Contract - Maternity Leave) to join our team in May 2026. Ideally the successful candidate will overlap with the incumbent.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager is responsible for the development and management of the Therapeutic Riding Program, including any other WindReach Farm equine programs, and the operation of WindReach Farm Stables. The Manager will ensure participant and family satisfaction and makes program and service improvements as appropriate. They will further ensure compliance with applicable standards for equine wellbeing, for equine programs, and for the health and safety of staff.

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
